For local pickups please make sure to give us a 1 hour ahead phone call before pickup. For items that will be shipped we accept all payments that shopify allows.
Shipping
Ask ahead of time if you need the item shipped so we can give you a quote accordingly. We ship with UPS, Canpar, Purolator, and Canada Post to anywhere in Canada and US. We ship within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Please allow the package to arrive between 1-3 Business days in Canada and 5 to 7 business days in the US. You can also pick the part up at our Toronto based warehouse for free if you are located inside the Toronto GTA. We don’t ship to PO Box, so please always give us your Physical address.
Returns & Warranty
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable Any issues with the product must be reported via email within 72 hours. If for any reason you would like to return the product, you may return it unused and undamaged at 80 Barbados Blvd, #7, Scarborough, ON, Canada, M1J 1K9 We will refund the total amount paid minus any shipping costs. All return shipping fees must be paid by the buyer NO exceptions. Our warranty will be voided if the Catalytic Converter substrate is melted or broken in any way, because this is due to a problem with the car itself, not the converter.
