Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Customers opting for local pickup are requested to call at least one hour in advance to schedule their pickup.

Shipping costs vary based on the size of the order. Please contact us prior to placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote. 

Delivery Estimates

  • Canada: 1–3 business days

  • United States: 5–7 business days

Local Pickup

Customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) can opt for free local pickup at our warehouse:

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
